[?]: IEC 60870-5-104 protocol for SCADA

Hi,

I have one redundant S7-400H system with two CP443-1.
Also I have to provide IEC 60870-5-104 protocol for SCADA system over fiber optic cable.
For the sake of media conversion I plan SCALANCE media converter.
What do I need more to establish communication with SCADA system over IEC 60870-5-104

Perhaps this will be usefull

SIPLUS RIC (Application) IEConS7:
IEConS7 are diffrerent libraries for S7-300 and S7-400 PLCs (CPUs) for realizing telecontrol solutions with IEC 60870-5-101 and 60870-5-104 (sometimes only T101 or T104) protocol.

Thanks Umencho,

This seam to be what I looking for, but there I see no more technical information to download. Do You have some manuals for this libraries. I also search on net and see nothing more than this one page. Also I look on CA01 and also nothing.
