[!]: ET200S IM 151-1 fault - SF, BF Led flashing.

My customer using IM 151-1 module for remote I/O satation (ET200S).
But some time they got trouble, can not communicate, SF, BF Led flashing.

If they turn power supply for this module, waited some min and turn on again, it worked in a short time (2->3h) and fault happend again.

It is the hardware problem of the unit.
The Ukrainian experts have found the reason.
They sequentially heated up a soldering iron of a chip.

Problem in a chip of memory Samsung K6X1008C2D-GF55
After replacement of a chip of memory to Samsung K6X1008C2D-BF55 of a problem do not arise.

6ES7 151-1AA03-0AB0 стала очень часто отваливаться и причём на самом модуле мерцает SF и BF поочерёдно с интервалом в 1 с.

Это аппаратная проблема модуля.
Украинские специалисты нашли причину.
Они последовательно нагревали паяльником микросхемы.
Проблема в микросхеме памяти Samsung K6X1008C2D-GF55
После замены микросхемы памяти проблемы не возникают.

woaw very very good expert, like a dumb i was changing the im 151 and dont search the reason, maybe the cost of an expert/hour in french was the price of the IM151

Ukrainian and russian expert CostFree !!!

This is global ET200S hardware problem - clock bomb with period 1...4 years.
