[?]: Is it possible to retrieve the program from PLC PCS7 ?

Hi,
I am using pcs7 v 6.1 sp1.
My problem is that the program in the PLC is newer/different than the source program on my PC.
Is it possible to retrieve the program from the PLC and do modifications?
Is there any way i can add new logic and hardware configuration to the running PLC program without having the correct program on my PC?
