Hello,
I run WINCC 6 SP3.
There is always the message the usage period has expired.
In Authorinformation.inf file is the following licence missing:
SIUPA9WRC3 ---- 1 upgrade WinCC.

You need install SIFLA9WRC40601 WINCC-V6 RC 64K PTg 512 ATg
and other keys from EKB_Install
