[?]: problem with tp 170 color

My op starts and after the initial icon does nothing, I think that lost the windows.
You can tell me if I have some kind of reset to recover the windows?
Or as transferable the windows again?

after the power-up of the panel you should get a screen with 2 download buttons: 1 for serial transfer, 1 for MPI transfer. The screen is only active for few seconds; press Serial transfer & download your project using RS232 cable.
