[?]: error 1722 RSLogix Emulate 5000 v16.03

Hi.

I have problem with installation RSLogix Emulate 5000 v16 - error 1722 -

I've read the problem is my Windows XP language ver which is different than English.
I've also read the problem is fixed in RSLogix Emulate 5000 v16.03.

Of course I can instal English Win XP but maybe someone already has v16.03 and could share it with me.

PS.
Or maybe you know how to fix error 1722? I've read "Error 1722 is Microsoft's way of saying that it's trying to unregister a file that it can no longer find." I have Win XP SP2 - maybe SP2 uninstalled some files and Rockwell software is looking for it. What file could it be? How to find out what file is missing?

Change your regional settings to USA, then try it again.

But remember, you need the same version of rslogix 5000 for the emulate, or it will not install.

Example:
Rslogix v15 with emulate v16 will not work.
RSlogix v16 with emulate v15 will work.

I've already tried to change to US - it doesn't work.
Looks like it's not that easy.
I have checked it.. I have logix v16.00 - emulate v16.00

Why the installation of that emulate 5000 v16 ... is giving both problem?
