[?]: protool not connected to the op 270

I protool 6.0 sp2 and not connected to the op 270, I have an error interface. I connect with a pg through mpi, and always get error conexion

is it on download mode?
what you mean mpi?from protool?give us more pls.

i know that you need a serial cable between pc-panel and the settings are from protool (File-download-preferences-com1-115200)
Sometimes you need to restart your computer.

Did you set the MPI address of the OP?
Have you tried downloading the project through RS232 interface?
