Having problem in communicating omron PLC cpu42 with the Fuji HMI V810CD

We are using omron PLC model C200HE with HMI NT600. Last week its hmi got damaged, OEM send us a spare HMI( FUJI V810CD) back in 2013.
Now I'm trying to communicate it , that PLC had 5 different screens , 1 out of 5 screen (Monitor sistem) giving me an communication error Received code No. :15. Kindly guide me to resolve it. Thanks
