Hello,

I have this Siemens HMI, model number TP900 Comfort.
It appears that firmware must have crashed

It starts at splashscreen for a few minutes, then stays stuck in some sort of prompt.

Already tried USB recovery method, but no luck.
Any other solutions possible?

try Ethernet via ProSave with "Reset to Factory settings"
