I need the software to Upgrade EMERSON 475 FIELD I have download the software easy upgrade utility but it protected by password I have sent emails to EMERSON support but It told me it obsolete and no support available.
Please send me Password Or Software

Software won't help you, As up to date DD files can no longer be downloaded.

Even when install the web portal for download http://emerson.corseris.com/375Distribution/%language% is no longer hosted, so your DD repository cannot be update.

Hi everybody,
I'm having trouble with the Field 475 communicator.
When upgrading it using a memory card, the screen freezes and I need to turn it off. However when I turned it back on, this message appeared: "the unit did not boot properly, please select one of the following: try again-reflash-recovery", I selected recovery from the options.
but it requires files to upgrade the system OS.

Contain Zip file recovery "tazupd.bnx"

Link file is not available.

Please help me if anyone has this file.

Okay so I figured it out. If you need to add a certain DD file and your field communicator easy upgrade 3.6 says your license is expired here’s what you do.

Go into your 475 settings then licenses.
It should tell you when your license expired.
Then go into your PC date and time settings and change your PCs date to be before that license date.
This tricks the program into thinking your license is still valid.
Then you should have full control of your device DD files


You should be golden.
Ps you owe me a 5 bucks. This took me a long time to figure out thought I’d share just cause I HATE EMERSON!!!! They can’t keep getting away with this
