[Request] Firmware for CPU313

I am looking for a UPD firmware file or MMC image for an S7-300 CPU313 with model 6ES7 313-1AD00-0AB0. I have looked everywhere but could not find anything, probably because it is a very old module. If someone happens to have a firmware image, or could point me in the right direction to where I can find one, it's extremely appreciated.

Thanks for the link, but it looks like that page is for the 313C-2DP (6ES7313-6Cxxx-0AB0). Is it possible to use that firmware for a 313-1AD00-0AB0?

I see.. So I should probably give up hope on this model then and get a newer one?
