after regestring Vijeo Runtime 6.2 i get incorrect reference error

after regestring Vijeo Runtime 6.2 i get incorrect reference error , knowing that I used the ref N° VJDSNRTSPC for regestring and standard HP ZBook machine with Intel CPU with Windows 10.
how is it possible to make it work in my configuration ?

i dint understand you que. if you register vijeodesigner then you need to register run time in your pc
