MMC Problem,,,,need help

I have MMC 128 KB to use with 314 CPU.When I put in the slot the Red Lamp"SF" is ON & no response,,,I f I put another MMC in the CPU no problem....If I used that MMC 128KB with CPU 312 it's OK

Please need your fast help
