I'm pratice about programming HMI connect to PLC

I need when i push the button "DUNG" it will Y0 to ON . This is my program

HMI:


PLC and HMI connected bc the COM LEd is blinking. When I push button "DUNG" output Y0 not ON. Is there problem on my program ? Some one can give me error on my program. Thanks !
