Hello everyone,
after trying runtime WCCFLEX2008SP3, on my Fujitsu H710 notebook W7ProSP1, I find myself having blocked the CP5512 on MPI node 3 active and I cannot change settings on MPI and on PROFIBUS because it's all gone gray locked.
I've already uninstalled all sw Siemens, cleaned the registry, and installed from zero Step7 V5.5SP2, but the problem persists: locked grey!
Siemens Hot Line doesn't have any ideas... It seems that I'm the only one with this problem !!!
i can`t know why this . but for change you can insert into your project PG/PC & into properties you can set your settings & it will be change automaticaly
I've change the MPI address into the last HMI Project and I've run it, but the CP5512 MPI is still grey and locked on MPI #3 ... (also DP is still grey locked!)
In this conditions I cannot use my CP5512 anymore... It seems that the only way is to format my laptop

Another possibility is, that the connection pins on the MM4 inverter (CP5512 in your case) are bent, deformed as shown in the picture below:
The solution is to disconnect the mains supply and bend the connection pins back into their correct positions.
