I am a beginner, I would ask if there is any trick to use a normal memory card with CPU S7 1200.

Does not work. Every memory card has some sectors (usually the first ones) which contain a vendor code of the vendor who made the card.
If that code does not say "Siemens" your device will not accept the card.
These sectors are only writable once, and written during the process of producing the chip.
