I have a PCM 600 software v2.3 CD - possible latest version at the present day.
I never use it and never install. So if you got errors during install or usage I can't help you. If interesting - linkz be low:

I have seen before with PCM 600 1.5 they have package software call "RE_670 IEC Connectivity package" and "RE_670 ANSI Connectivity package " included "RE_ 670 Connectivity Package Base v.1.5r07" and Transmission IED modules ( RED670, RET670,...) . I do not know that it is same or different with "Relion 670 series IED Connectivity package".

I have got both ITT600 SA Explorer and ITT SA Synthesizer, but they don't work without licenses.

From user manuals:

ITT600 SA Explorer provides only one way for licensing:
- License bound to a PC (Hard disk ID)
License bound to a PC means you will receive one license per
installation on a PC. To run the ITT600 SA Explorer on another
PC, users will need a new license for that PC (this is also called
node-locked).

ITT SA Synthesizer Licenses are file based and node locked
licenses.
NOTICE:
Licenses are not transferable between PCs! Every installation
needs its own license.

I downloaded CCT 4.1.3, patched it. It is working but, when I try to import ICD file, appearing "key not found " message.
Is there another version or another patch.

Hi guys
I had to work with ABB stuff several times. PCM600 latest version is 2.4. Even the basic version should be registered via ABB Server. You must create a special key, send it to ABB and they return you a valid license. There is no way to bypass the registration process unless someone is able to crack it.
Worst of all is IET Tool 5.1 and ITT600. Those software comes from ABB Switzerland and is much more protected than PCM600. The software doesn't run on a virtual machine neither via terminal server. Without crack there's no chance. Sorry to say that. Even inside ABB you have to buy a license wich is fixed to a special notebook or PC. If someone has got any news, please post it here.

The PCM600 2.4 basic version only support parameter setting, not support application configuration.

PCM600 2.4 SP1 doesn't require a license anymore! Basic functionality and Graphical Application Configuration (Engineering) is now free. You don't need any license keys at installation. You only need license for the IET600 Tool (license must be ordered separately). You can download PCM600 here: https://www143.abb.com/SoftwareLibrary You only need to register once to get an account to be able to download.

Use the Update Manager that comes with PCM600 to download Connectivity Packages for relays.
