[?]: SLC500 5/04 StoreToEeprom Failed: 0x4

Hi friends

I am trying to save a program in a SLC500 5/04 EEPROM,I have put a 1747-M13 in the CPU but when I try to store the program (Comms, EEPROM, Store To EEPROM, this message appears:

StoreToEeprom Failed: 0x4

I have 8.10.00 (CPR 9) RSLogix500Software

and 1747-L542C 5/04 CPU 32K Mem. OS401 Series C FRN 3-8

Do you know how to fix this problem?

Nobody knows how to fix this problem?

Also i have tried with a new memory module and the same error appears.

I have RSLogix 500 8.30

Have you check the jumper on CPU card?

Hi

This CPU hasn´t jumper for the eeprom.

The jumper j4 is only to protect operating system download.

Is this correct?

Another idea?
