Somebody have idea for this error message in WinCC v7.0 SP1 integrated in PCS7.
Please help me how I can resolved this problem?

I don't understand what you mean under full access. But I'm on administrator level.
Yes i have 187Gb free disk space.

Hello,

So in Google about this issue has some decisions. Basically you could find them easy, but you must change values into registry. For new system (PCS Station) I don't advise you to make this. Better try with reinstall of WinCC and Microsoft Server. Finally, this problem regards Microsoft OS not WinCC.

You was right this problem came from some bug in WindowsXP SP3.
I make new installation under WindowsXP SP2 and now everything is OK.
Again Microsoft .
10x again.
