Per subject, is RSView studio the replacement of RSView32?
I don't see any training materials for RSView Studio from AB.
I only see the RSView ME. I thought RSView ME is more for panel not running off pc.
[?] Is RSView Studio the replacement of RSView32?

Shure RSViewStudio platform is PC.
IMHO then you need duplicate same project from OP to PC the RSViewStudio is the best.
RSViewME like as reduced aplication from RSViewStudio.
RSViewME is the basic level network system for local unit and PLC.
RSViewStudio is the next level network system for plant DCS.
But the RSView32 and RSViewStudio are different SCADA system.
