To resolve this problem do the following:
Run MS Access (64Bits) -> Select Menu Open File -> find the database file ES_part001.mdb in the EPLAN P8 directories -> Open -> select Repair -> MS Access will restore ES_part001.mdb -> Run EPLAN P8 and enjoy!
