Hi
Please specify the problem more details (with attached screenshots).
About those step-by-step you sent in PM:
1. Time difference occured because report creation time is different from the current system time. And the DataDirect templates are not provide autoupdate value by default. As well as the time stamp.
2. Sequence of generating report using Scheduling structure is right. I don't understand what's a problem can be...

Hi Linkinx64,
I'm using DataDirect to create Shift Report. Some days ago, my report format as pic. below. The time sort oldest -> newest. (that's OK)
But today, my report automatic change sort time newest -> oldest. I don't what is changed. Time and date is wrong (2015???)
How to reconfig time sort oldest -> newest?
Thanks

Check carefully expressions for the ABBGETOPCHDA(...) function. It could be due to incorrect function arguments (e.g. start time and end time are conversed or not correct data type specified or something similar).
Unfortunately on the 2nd picture I do not see full expression for the ABBGETOPCHDA and which values it take.

Partial update in 800xA is not supported - it can lead to unstable system behavior, failure, other unwanted consequences.tuangp wrote:I've used DataDirect ver5.1.5111.1110 in SV5.1 RevA FP1. Could I upgrade only DataDirect to ver 5.1.5812.0612 (in SV5.1.1 FP4) to fix my problem?
Exception: temporary correstions (TC) issuing by 800xA dev. team.
Therefore, there are 3 ways you need try now:
1. Check report template and OPC data consistency for the internal errors leading to the wrong date/time presentation.
2. (only if the 1st way is successfully commited) Request temporary corrections (TC) for DataDirect ver5.1.5111.1110 from ABB support center.
3. (if ABB support center was not able to identify problem) Update WHOLE system to v5.1.1.1 (FP4).
