Can someone post me a sample program in structured text , if someone can provide some manual structured text would be very grateful.

If you would like to see what existing ladder logic looks like in structured text:
Highlight the rung you want to view,
Hit Ctrl+C or select copy
Open notepad
past.
This will be the rung in structured text format.

It seems to me that what you will obtain is the text expresion AB uses internally ( for example for the L5k ) but that's NOT structured text language.

Sorry you're correct. That's for a *.l5k file.
