do they work in pair?
Any issues about connecting siemens s7 400 with cisco?
maybe there are any special requirements or any difficulties during configuration/ communication?

You might have trouble with the 2595 with Profinet traffic, if you are only using TCP you should be OK.

Check Cisco site for switch firmware upgrades.
