you have RC-project or not??????
into RC-project directory find file with name ~ PROJECT_1_{{e3a0c91a-bb2f-40ef-adfc-778067cdc010}}.data
open it with notepad,find your username

By RC you mean "Reference Configuration" ? (Maybe Release Candidate)
and i've looked in the S7PRJ folder where i unzip my projects. there was no file such as the name you have mentioned.

look in the S7PRJ folder/HMIES

After Running the generate command, this file was created.
So you have to generate this file, using the generate command in WinccFelxible: Project>Compile>Generate
