The EM235 is 'only' a normal 4In-1Out analog module
selectable for voltage or current signal
what you need exactly ?

In our University we have PLC Siemens CPU212 and you units EM235. But these stopped working. As we cannot buy new, ours first idea is if we can make our own units. It is for that reason that we needed to know as the bus of communications between the CPU and the EM235 works
Thanks

I don't know the bus protocol detail and I think that it isn't of 'public domin'
sometime if the card have a little damage is possible fix it and change some components but for my opinion it's very hard make a new card , if you don't have much money to spend try to search it also in ebay , you can find second hand card for 80-100 $

bye

I understand that it is not simple task of securing this information, but was interesting to be able to unite two matters: Development with micros and PLC. Thank you very much
