How to edit a new symbol in eplan p8?

Hi,
Do the following: Utilities -> Master Data -> Symbol -> New. Then You have to choose in which library You want to create new symbol. You can use existing library or create Your own (Utilities -> Master Data -> Symbol Library -> New). Then choose which variant of symbol You want to create (there are 8 different possible variants of same symbol - related to orientation). Afterward You choose symbol name and function definition. Now You can create Your own symbol.

Hi,
You have to specify wright directory in Options -> Settings -> User -> Management -> Directories. Under Symbol You need to put appropriate path to Your symbol libraries.
