[?]: Error with Bootloader OP-270

At start OP-270 stops the loader (hangs) and are not started operational system, naturally, the project. Tried to update system with an option booting, stands out ß««íÚÑ¡¿Ñ:Time monitoring error on receiving data. Loading does not go. What designates the given message? The Cable and procedure true. What it is possible to make in the given situation? Whether probably to update the loader and how? There Are other devices which are based on Windows CE, and they have an opportunity of updating and the loader, and the system. Thanks!
