[?]: Problems with Archive Tags License

I have WinCC v6.2 and license WINCC-V6 RC 256K PTg 512 ATg.
The problem is that I have more than 512 Tags, and I tryed to install license WINCC-V6 Arch 5000 ATg.
When I run WinCC, appears a message telling something like: "You have more than 512 tags and license is not valid", and WinCC starts in DEMO mode....
I install shot and long keys of WINCC-V6 Arch 5000 ATg license and WINCC User Archives.. but doesn't works.... (all for 6.2 version)
Need help please.

SISLA9WTG*0602.EKB (and SISLA9WTG*0600.EKB) installed ?

I tryed with 6.0 license too. But I deleted it.
I only have 6.2, server and webnavigator licenses.

Possible also need
SIFLA9WARC0602 WINCC User Archives
and other REQUIRED KEYS

I put all licenses (User Archives too) and it does not work...

Why must I have SIFLA9WARC0602 if I have not WINCC User Archives installed?
