Timestamp of Alarm History while export from wincc to excel

Hi, I have a project that needs to be exported Alarm History to a .csv file. I have been using Wincc Connectivity Pack but there is a problem that the time of the Tag in Excel is 7h behind the local time zone. How to time of the Tag back to Local time zone ? Thank you

Just add a 7/24 (0.291667) value to date&time column
