Please update ekb for IDB 7.5, latest is IDB 7.4, not working for 7.5... New key function does not work...
But So sorry, for 7.5 key SIFCYA9IDB99997 (V99.99) working, not that hurry any more.


Please upload WinCC IDB Industrial Data Bridge 7.4 SP1 if you have the image, I could only download 7.4 (without sp1) version from rutracker. What I provided 7.5 sp1 version will NOT work on Windows 7, so we need 7.4 sp1 version....

if an IPC is not shut down properly, the runtime licenses that were previously in use are not released again.
The next time you start the Runtime, these licenses are marked as "defective".

Problem
After starting an IPC with WinCC RT Advanced, a message appears stating that certain licenses are not available.
However, these were installed on the corresponding PC/IPC during commissioning.
In the Automation License Manager (ALM), the required licenses are displayed as available.
However, when checking the corresponding licenses, they are marked as "defective".
When starting the WinCC Runtime Advanced software, the corresponding licenses are allocated.
If the PC is not shut down properly and the RT is terminated correctly, these licenses will not be released.
This may be the case, for example, after a power failure or the abrupt shutdown of the IPC.
The next time the runtime is started, the corresponding license is then considered defective.
