need wincc v7.4 (exe file at siemens site will be good enough)

Hi All
I urgently need this.

WinCC_V7_4_SP1.exe (2.7 MB)

but the siemens site need the licence no which i dont have.

I had checked all the posts of plcforum.
unfortunately none of those link were working for me. either expired or blocked in india.
can you send some live link or email the 2.7 mb email to me? as i have the main 7 gb files downloaded from siemens link. for exe file thats asking for licence no which i dont have.
