problem of communication between PLCSIM V15 & wincc 7.4

Dear all,
I used a TIA V15 with PLCSIM V15 & wincc 7.4 upd2, WHEN I put Tia v15 online it goes online but when i open wincc & Select 1200/1500 In tag management & under OMS take a New connection & Set IP Select S7-ONLINE, Select 1500, At the tag management on the left of new connection under OMS, it does not show a GREEN TICK, It shows two orrange vertical tick means their is problem of communication between TIA V15 & wincc 7.4,
the wincc 7.4 dont want be update at other version i d'ont know why !!
