[Request]: Wincc dbext library

For the project that i have to reinstall i need a library dbext.dll, .
When i found the dbext.dll and dbext.h inside the old project (Wincc V5.1)
i added files to the project migrated to wincc V6 , the project starts , but the message was about trial use of that library.
Can anybody help me to download the install version of the library ? and whats about it'zs registration
