[?]: Errors while migrating to PCS7 V7.1 from 6.0

After migrating from PCS7 6.0 to PCS7 7.1 we have problems that I hope someone can help us solve.

1 .- The menu buttons of PCS7 have no text, but work well. How you can do to appear. In Plant View all seems well.

2 .- All the time we get the following text in the alarm bar: No connection to data server.

3 .- Licenses A9WTG69999 and A1STOP, we can´t find on EKB INSTALL 11/5/2011.
