who can copy the CCLicenseService.exe in
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Siemens\bin"
to me?
it must be wincc 7.0 sp2 English.

you can copy it from your install dvd from
\20a_WinCC_RT__V7.0+SP2\setup\Data1.cab\
file name
CCLICENSESERVICE.EXE_5CE45F71_3390_41CF_8999_F3F51C93CC12
