[?+]: install key of wincc flexible 2008 to panel

HELLO,
I have simatic_ekb_install 2010, i tried to install the key of smart@server and smart@access of wincc flexible 2008.
but when i trnasfered my project to the pannel , a message inform me that tnere's no license key of smart@server.
i don't find the problem
please help.

HELLO.
i have created a newspaper of alarm on WinCC flexible and a button to print this newspaper when an alarm is happened.
i connected a printer to the desk.
when i simulate i pressed the button to print but the messeage

"printing is impossible"

is displayed on the desk.

is that it is necessary to install the printer driver or not????
