I opened a project that was created with the script wizard after then cant' no longer even in projects that are not designed with script wizard in the dropdown menu View choose Properies Ctrl + Shift + X or tools. How can I return back in menu view function Properties and tools

Pleas help!!

I believe reinstalling only helps.
Once I lost Output windw, and there were NO WAY to see in againg, until reinstalling. Bugs, simply.
