did you have RA faceplate builder V1.1 (WINCC Addon) from Allotte? please upload..
This is WINCC addon to create faceplate automatically

It's called 'RA Add-On for WinCC v1.1' and inside you will found very good stuff for WinCC.
My only regret is that he's stopped developing this few years ago. You can use it with WinCC v6, but is not completely compatible with WinCC v7...
