[?]: Download project from TP177B HMI Panel for editing ?

Hi all,

I need to transfer project (Source file) from Simatic HMI TP177B and later use WinCC Flexible to edit.
Is it possible ?
And how ?
I use DIY s7-200 PPI cable to connect but can not communicate?

Sorry my friend not possible.

Without the original application file, you can only upload the assemblied code using Prosave and download to an identical unit.(Not editable).

Unless someone has downloaded the project with backtransfer enabled, which in most instances people don't ...
