[Request]: MMC Image Files 64 KB 8LF30

Greetings!

I am in urge need of images for WinHex (*.img) and S7imgwr (*.S7img) for memory card 6ES7953-8LF30-0AA0.
Card has size of 64 KB.
Please send me via private message if possible.

Someone edited my original post, presume moderator/admin.
Is possible to use those 8LF20 files for card 8LF30?
