Does anyone know how to install Twincat on windows CE, are there runtime files that can be installed?

I would like to try run twincat on the following platform if possible...

TwinCAT is Beckhoff product and you does't install it to other non backhoff platform. (hardware ID is present on Beckhoff platform)
