B&R bus controller

hi every one
i have a machine which is controlled by a bus controller x20BC0083 from B&R
the bus controller is then connected to a power panel from B&R also

in order to diagnose the machine i need to check the logic inside the bus controller
which software i should use to upload the logicto my pc and how to get it if possible ?
any help is appreciated
