Festo FC30 interface with PC

Dear Experts
I have Festo FC30 Plc. i want to upload plc program.. there is RJ11 Com(TTL protocol) connector on Plc. i made TTL to 232 converter and try to upload plc program but there is no response and no any error. i am using FST V4.21.. now my question is, which software version is required to interface this plc with laptop. anyone have interface circuit diagram then please share it.. PS1 SM14 cable is used to interface this plc.. i need internal diagram of PS1 SM14 cable.. this is TTL-232 converter..
