Quantum Safety Redundant I/O

hi everyone
i have a problem with modicon quantum safety schneider, my client request schneider PLC products with specs : Redundant CPU, Power Supply, and I/O. as i know, only quantum safety meets all specs i mentioned before. but i have to ensure 2 things,
1. can it run as fault tolerant (not fail safe) for high availability purposes?
2. quantum safety doesn't have analog output module. is it possible if we use standar quantum AO Module with redundant I/O function?
