DEAD ERROR No. 305

Hello!
After power on my plc (Schneider Quantum - 140 CPU 65150) i get this info on lcd screen.
DEAD ERROR No.305
Does any one know the meaning of this error code?

Hello ernandef,
in most cases you need to check/replace your power supply (140CPSxxxxx).

I solved this issue on other way. I opened my cpu and cleaned all connections inside. After that, the problem was solved.
