PLC - Modbus connection for 140 CPU 671 60 processors

Hi ,

I am using 140 CPU 671 60 PLC but do not wish to use the Hotstandby feature. But i do want to use a redundant Modbus over TCP/IP connection. Can i still have a main and redundant Modbus over TCP/IP connection? ( via to two NOE cards?)

Hello Shubha,

sure it's work - it doesn't matter if you use HSBY Quantum or not - each Quantum PLC can handle more than 2 NOE.
