800xa service connection viewer "red"

Hello,

my service connection viewer is "red" and not "green". In the wizard configuration, it says that my service is started? I checked my ABB services under windows and everthing is running.

Any ideas??

Cimex communis - a common disease that exposed to all 800xA versions. It begins and ends suddenly, without an obvious reason. In some cases can ends after several restarts of computer. Though the reason is unknown, scientists theorized that sickness etiology originates from ani dispositionem superioribus membris - congenital or acquired incurable disease that impact some persons from 800xA testers team.

Methods of removal: restart of AfwTrayApp or AfwTrayIcon may help; if problem appear on 800xA client PC - reconnect a client.
Impact on the 800xA operation: minimal.
