STB Problem of download the setting

Hello All,

Somebody can enplane me how I can make the setting of STB NIM 2311

I try many time, I proceed like this:
connect to the NIM2311 with the serial cable to the CFG port of NIM2311 ,
I upload the setup.
I modify the setup (analog card..-10 :+10 V to 4:20mA, ...)
...
I want to Download my setup...
I make ->online connect-> Data Transfer->Download...Message error is coming
Modbus error : A request parameter is incorrect or the island state does not allow the execution of the service.

Please can you help me to solve this issue of setting....

Hi,

Check the connection setting (Online \ Connection Setting), is the port correct ?
Also since you use the NIM2311, Why don't you try configure using the TCP/IP ?
