how to understand fatek progam ?

dear everyone!
i have a fatek program for controll cut off machine ( machine for corrugated line) , i can not understand this program. now HMI brockendown i can not make inteface program . Please help me find some function block in program.( example counter, set value for lenght, set value for counter ...) i description some function for interface i knew.
- set value lenght ( input lenght)
- set value quantity ( input quantity)
- Display speed line
- display curent value of quantity ( couterup)
- display curent of lenght cutting..

Without source project and electrical diagrams and with zero knowledge about machine it's difficult to completely understand this program :(
Do you have some information about this machine e.g. manual, operator instruction, safety instruction etc.
Your machine is equipped with Weintek HMI panel.
Did you check PLC memory addresses using EasyBuilder application?
In this way you can see what registers/markers are used as machine parameters.
